peace museum advance tickets

Hi all. I see that advance tickets are requried for certain times starting in March. Does this allow you to jump to the front of the line?

Web tickets are required for the first and last hour of the day, starting March 1.

Except during these hours, there won't be any limits on visitors.

My understanding is that the current lines build up for buying tickets rather than for entering the museum. If you purchase online, you won't have to line up to buy a ticket and - I assume - you can head straight into the museum.

Uji, thanks. I will see if I am able to purchase a ticket for hours outside of then they are required.
