Japanese level during submission

Hi everyone, kindly I would like to share about my submission of applications today. Before submission the office checked my all papers and finally during submission the office asked me to sign an oath and then asked me to read my reason why I wana be a Japanese, after that the officer mentioned that my Japanese is ok and then she took my Japanese test for which I wasn’t prepared. After the test she mentioned my test wasn’t good, so she mentioned whether I would like to proceed the application or take it back, study Japanese and come again ? I decided to submit, and I am so worried now as I prepare all the paper and was quite big headache to prepare all of them. Is there any chance or because of my Japanese level they will refuse ? Does anyone has similar case ?
