All Shikoku Rail Pass
The All Shikoku Rail Pass is a rail pass for exclusive use by foreign tourists, providing unlimited train travel on Shikoku on a number of consecutive days. It is valid not only on JR trains, but also on the trains and trams of Kotoden, Iyotetsu, Tosaden, Tosa Kuroshio Railway and the Asa Kaigan Railway. Furthermore, it can be used on selected ferries to Shodoshima Island and on buses on Shodoshima.

Validity
- Unlimited use of unreserved seats on all trains operated by JR Shikoku, Kotoden, Iyotetsu, Tosaden, Tosa Kuroshio Railway and the Asa Kaigan Railway, except the Seto Sunrise overnight train and the Botchan Train in Matsuyama. JR trains can be used as far as Kojima Station, the first station north of the Seto Ohashi Bridge on Honshu Island.
- Seat reservations are not covered by the pass. Seat reservations can be purchased separately at the cost of 1200 yen per four seat reservations.
- Green car (first class) seats cannot be used.
- Unlimited use of Shodoshima Ferry car ferries (but not high speed boats) between Takamatsu and Tonosho Port on Shodoshima Island, as well as buses on Shodoshima.
- Pass holders are entitled to discounted fare on the Wakayama-Tokushima ferry route.
- Pass holders are entitled to ride the bus between Matsuyama and Kochi for 2000 yen, which is half of the regular fare.
- The pass is valid on consecutive calendar days (midnight to midnight).
- Only foreign visitors to Japan (with temporary visitor status) can use the All Shikoku Rail Pass. It cannot be used by residents of Japan.
- The pass can be used only by a single person. It cannot be transferred between multiple persons. The pass holder has to carry his/her passport at all times.
Points of sale
The All Shikoku Rail Pass is sold at the Warp travel agencies at Takamatsu Station, Matsuyama Station, Tokushima Station, Kochi Station and Osaka's Umeda Station. The pass can also be purchased overseas via the internet or through travel agents, in which case a voucher will be initially issued that has to be exchanged to the actual pass after arrival in Japan at one of the above-mentioned sales offices or at the TiS travel agency at Okayama Station.

Assessment
Due to a big price increase of the All Shikoku Pass in May 2023, it became more difficult for the pass to pay off; however, a 3-day pass will still likely pay off if visiting at least two cities on the island, as shown by the following table, which lists approximate regular one-way fares between major stations.

Alternative tickets
The Shikoku Free Kippu provides three days of unlimited use of all JR trains on Shikoku and is also available to residents of Japan. However, it is almost twice as expensive as the All Shikoku Rail Pass.
